Highland Creek Dental is a state of the art new facility that offers, customer rapport, concern, and over all pride in your smile. The staff is amazing and the hard work they put in to making your smile look as good as you feel when you walk-out the door. Had my first appointment here this morning. The staff were all very friendly! The hygienist was good about explaining everything she was doing and made sure to check my insurance before taking x-rays, something I greatly appreciate. She also cleaned my retainers! The dentist was great, he took his time making sure my teeth looked good and thoroughly checked my x-rays. I would definitely recommend Highland Creek. I will be back in 6 months!
My first visit here for a routine cleaning was absolutely great! The office staff are very nice and efficient. The dental hygienist that worked with me was also wonderful. She listened to all of my concerns, addressed them accordingly, and in a very professional manner. Although I only saw Dr. Cope for a few minutes since I had no issues (thankfully), he was still very professional and personable as well. I will definitely be back to this office for my next cleaning in 6 months and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new dental office!
I haven't been back to a dentist since 2019. Life just got too busy to keep an appointment, so I had about 3 years of buildup to get cleaned off. Rhonda was phenomenal! She was professional and super sweet all in one. Very gentle on my sensitive gums, explained to me what she was doing the whole time since she had some extra work to do, and managed to keep it speedy! I appreciate the whole team at Highland Creek, and especially Rhonda for a great experience today!
